Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TFCBT), Transferance Focused Psychotherapy (TFP), psychodynamic and/ or other models of conceptualization and intervention may be utilized.
My experience enables me to offer effective, online (telehealth) outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I work with people who may have a number of mental health issues/diagnoses, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. I have been working with many LGBTQU+ clients over the years and I am familiar with many cultures and social norms. Decades of teaching, research and clinical work in the field of psychology, combined with my long exposure to multiple cultures, enable me to identify with a plethora of issues on which we can work on together, successfully.
